Boring tract home updated with modern, eclectic and fun custom features. New flooring, paint, bathrooms and kitchen. 

The client wanted a sleek island feel with an island flair. We used wide board paneling with leathered countertops to create an island  with elegance and sophistication. 

The client purchase this home for the layout with the intent of remodeling the home to make it their own. The kitchen, family room and master bath set this home apart. 

The client wanted a warm and inviting space that didn't feel like the typical "commercial building" (more pictures to come). 

The clients wanted to convert a red barn into a mother-in-law quarters. The property was only 900 sq.ft. making space planning and storage extremely important. 

The client wanted to transform two very small bathrooms and a choppy layout into an open concept living and two larger bathrooms. By removing walls and completely redesigning layout we provided an open floor plan. 

With a small master bathroom the clients wanted to maximize their space with a doorless shower and a private water closet. Instead of doing a traditional wall we created a cabinet to disguise the water closet. 

This project was about balancing and embracing the Palm Springs flair and the clients design aesthetic. 

The clients wanted to update their kitchen with more storage, a larger island and seating bridging kitchen and family room.
